MS Implementation Lead

Experience: 6–13 Years

Location: Indore CITP

Work Mode: On-site / Hybrid as applicable

At InfoBeans, we believe in creating technology that makes a difference. We are looking for an experienced MS Implementation Lead to join our team and drive enterprise application implementations in the Healthcare / Medical Services domain.

What You’ll Do

- Lead end-to-end HIS / EMR / Clinical Systems implementations.
- Understand business and client requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Own project plans, timelines, scope, risks, dependencies and delivery.
- Collaborate with Business, Product, Architecture, Development, Security and Infrastructure teams.
- Work closely with internal and offshore teams to deliver solutions as per specifications.
- Manage defects, change requests and post-production support.
- Conduct client training and support successful adoption of implemented solutions.
- Prepare and review functional documentation and project deliverables.
- Work in an Agile environment using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders across a multicultural workplace.

What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of experience in implementation / project delivery roles.
- Strong experience in the Healthcare / Medical Services domain.
- Hands-on experience with HIS / EMR / Clinical Systems implementations.




- Experience managing the complete project lifecycle.
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies, JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working with distributed / offshore teams in a multinational environment.

Good to Have
- Experience with Digital Initiatives.
- PRINCE2 / PMI or equivalent Project Management certification.
- French language proficiency.
- Experience in large-scale / matrix organizations.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
