Role Description The Influencer Marketing Intern role is a full time, on-site position based in Mumbai. In this role, the intern will support the influencer marketing team by identifying and researching potential influencers across social media platforms, maintaining influencer databases, and assisting with outreach and communication. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating product sends, tracking content and campaign deliverables, monitoring performance metrics, and helping prepare campaign reports and presentations.

The intern will also assist in brainstorming creative campaign ideas, supporting content planning, and collaborating with internal marketing and social media teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.



This position offers hands-on experience in influencer marketing and exposure to brand-building activities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

- Strong interest in influencer marketing, social media, and digital brand-building, with familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Basic skills in content research, social media trend analysis, and understanding of online consumer behavior.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear outreach messages and maintain professional relationships.
- Organizational and time-management abilities, including maintaining spreadsheets, tracking campaign timelines, and handling multiple tasks efficiently.
- Comfort with basic productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft Office) and willingness to learn simple reporting and analytics tools.
- Collaborative mindset, openness to feedback, and ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment.
- Enrollment in or recent completion of a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- An interest in sustainable, safe consumer products and alignment with Happi Planet’s values around health, safety, and environmental responsibility.
