Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Industrial Automation Engineer role based at Swastik TechnoPack’s facility in Shahapur.

The Industrial Automation

Engineer will design, develop, and maintain automation systems for production lines across perfume, cosmetics, chemical, and related processing and packaging operations. Daily tasks include programming and configuring PLCs and control systems, integrating sensors and actuators, and optimizing process control logic for efficiency and reliability. The role involves diagnosing and resolving automation and electrical issues, coordinating with mechanical and production teams during machine installation and commissioning, and implementing improvements to enhance safety, throughput,



and product quality.

The engineer will prepare technical documentation, support preventive maintenance activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth plant operations and successful turnkey project execution.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Automation and Process Control for industrial machinery and production lines.
- Candidates should possess solid Electrical Engineering expertise, including control panels, wiring, and industrial power systems.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Troubleshooting complex automation, electrical, and control system issues.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Robotics and automated material handling or packaging systems.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field.
- Experience with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, SCADA systems, and industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
- Understanding of safety standards and best practices for industrial automation and machinery.
- Ability to read and create electrical and control schematics, and prepare clear technical documentation.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
- Prior experience in automation for perfume, cosmetics, chemical, or packaging industries is an advantage.
