Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop automation solutions as per project requirements.
- PLC programming and troubleshooting using Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley, Delta, Schneider, etc.
- HMI and SCADA development, testing, and commissioning.
- Configure and troubleshoot VFDs, Servo Drives, and Motion Control Systems.
- Prepare electrical drawings, IO lists, BOMs, and technical documentation.
- Perform panel testing, FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), and SAT (Site Acceptance Test).
- Handle machine commissioning and startup at customer sites.
- Integrate automation systems with industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, and CANopen.
- Troubleshoot electrical control systems and resolve breakdowns.
- Provide technical support and training to customers and internal teams.




- Ensure project completion within timelines and quality standards.
- Follow company safety procedures and documentation requirements.

Qualification
- BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
