Role Description The Incubation Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Aurangabad, responsible for supporting and managing entrepreneurship and incubation programs across partner educational institutions. This role involves coordinating with students, mentors, and institutional stakeholders to design and execute workshops, bootcamps, and mentoring sessions that help participants develop and validate their business ideas.

The Incubation

Associate will assist in screening and onboarding startups or student ventures, tracking their progress, and providing operational support for incubation activities and events. Daily responsibilities include preparing program materials, maintaining documentation and reports, managing communication channels,



and ensuring smooth logistics for all incubation initiatives. The role also includes researching startup trends, identifying relevant resources and partnerships, and contributing to outreach and engagement efforts to strengthen FoundersLab’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Qualifications

- Experience or strong interest in entrepreneurship, startup incubation, and ecosystem building, with the ability to support early-stage founders and student ventures.
- Skills in program coordination and stakeholder management, including organizing events, workshops, and mentoring sessions within educational institutions.
- Ability to conduct research on markets, industries, and startup trends, and synthesize insights into practical guidance and resources for participants.
- Robust communication and presentation skills, with the capacity to interact confidently with students, faculty, mentors, and external partners.
- Proficiency in basic business and analytical concepts, such as business models, go-to-market strategies, and fundraising fundamentals.
- Comfort with using productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, online communication platforms) to manage programs and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, entrepreneurship, management, engineering, or a related field; prior experience in incubation centers, startup support organizations, or campus entrepreneurship cells is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Aurangabad, manage multiple initiatives concurrently, and maintain a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach.
