Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Import Executive role based in Faridabad.

The Import

Executive will manage day-to-day import operations, including coordinating shipments, preparing documentation, and ensuring compliance with customs and trade regulations.

Responsibilities include liaising with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to track shipments, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records. The role involves monitoring delivery timelines, verifying invoices, and supporting export activities when required.

The Import

Executive will also respond to customer inquiries, provide status updates,



and contribute to process improvements in logistics and documentation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Import and Export skills, including knowledge of procedures, regulations, and documentation.
- Candidates should possess Import Logistics skills, including shipment coordination and tracking with DHL/CHA, and basic understanding of Incoterms and freight arrangements..
- Candidates should do Quotation Comparison and should possess Communication, Negotiation and Vendor Management skills to interact effectively with suppliers and partners.
- Candidates should possess attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
- Relevant experience of 1+ year in import/export operations, logistics, or supply chain management is preferred.
- Knowledge of customs clearance processes, trade compliance, and have basic knowledge of MS Excel and Email Drafting.
- Ability to work on-site in Faridabad, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Graduation in business, commerce, logistics, or a related field is beneficial
