Role Description The Immigration Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role involves managing end-to-end immigration processes, including visa applications, extensions, work permits, and related documentation for global assignments. The specialist will review client profiles, assess eligibility under applicable immigration policies, and prepare, verify, and submit required forms and supporting materials.

Daily responsibilities include coordinating with clients, legal teams, and government authorities, tracking case progress, maintaining up-to-date records, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The role also includes monitoring policy changes,



advising internal stakeholders on risks and timelines, and providing clear, professional communication to clients throughout the immigration lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of immigration issues and the practical challenges involved in global mobility.
- Knowledge of immigration policy and regulatory frameworks across relevant jurisdictions.
- Background in law or legal compliance related to immigration processes.
- Experience with global immigration processes, including cross-border assignments and relocations.
- Hands-on experience handling various visa categories, applications, and renewals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex requirements clearly.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Proficiency with document management systems and standard office software tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and multicultural teams while maintaining confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, Human Resources, or a related field; relevant certifications in immigration or global mobility are an advantage.
