Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inbound Outbound Support role based in Bengaluru, with a compensation range of 30k–35k and priority given to immediate joiners. The role involves handling inbound calls and outbound outreach to customers or clients, responding to inquiries, resolving basic issues, and providing accurate information in a professional manner. The selected candidate will document interactions, update systems or logs, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.

Daily activities include following scripts or guidelines, meeting call handling and quality targets,



and coordinating with colleagues to ensure timely follow-up and customer satisfaction. The role requires punctual attendance, adherence to company policies, and a strong focus on service quality and communication.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Carpentry with the ability to perform core structural and installation tasks safely and accurately.
- Experience using Power Tools and Hand Tools with proper safety practices and maintenance.
- Knowledge of Framing techniques for basic construction, support structures, or fixtures.
- Skills in Finish Carpentry, including detailed fitting, trimming, and final touch work.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Customer service orientation, patience, and the ability to manage repetitive tasks professionally.
- Basic computer literacy for call logging, data entry, and use of CRM or support software.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage time effectively, and meet performance targets.
- Prior experience in call center, customer support, or telecalling roles is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification: higher secondary or equivalent; further relevant training is a plus.
