Role Description This is a full-time, on-site IIS Administration role based in Hyderabad. The IIS Administrator will configure, manage, and optimize Microsoft IIS web servers to ensure high availability, performance, and secure delivery of media and broadcasting applications.

Responsibilities include deploying and maintaining web applications, managing SSL certificates, handling application pools and site configurations, and performing regular monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting of IIS-related issues. The role also involves collaborating with development, network, and security teams to support new releases, implement best practices,



and maintain compliance with organizational standards. The IIS Administrator will document configurations and procedures, participate in incident response and root cause analysis, and contribute to continuous improvement of infrastructure and processes.

Qualifications

- Solid knowledge of Microsoft IIS administration, including site configuration, application pools, virtual directories, and request routing.
- Experience with Windows Server administration, including user and permissions management, services, and performance monitoring.
- Understanding of web technologies such as HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS certificates, DNS, load balancing, and firewall configurations.
- Skills in scripting or automation (e.g., PowerShell) for configuration management, deployment, and routine maintenance tasks.
- Experience troubleshooting web application issues, log analysis, and resolving performance, security, and connectivity problems.
- Familiarity with high-availability setups, backup and recovery strategies, and disaster recovery planning for web infrastructures.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and document technical procedures and system changes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in media, broadcasting, or large-scale content delivery environments is an advantage.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Windows Server or Azure Administrator) are beneficial.
