Key Responsibilities

- Design and configure the technical architecture of the Icertis ICI platform - Configure data models, rules framework, and technical settings - Develop and support API-based integrations with enterprise systems - Monitor and optimize platform performance, scalability, and stability - Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues - Support large-scale, multi-region CLM implementations - Ensure technical governance, security, and compliance standards - Collaborate with functional consultants, integration teams, and stakeholders

Must-Have Skills

- 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS implementations - Strong hands-on technical experience with Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI)



- Deep understanding of Icertis data architecture, rules framework, and APIs - Strong expertise in REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and web services - Experience supporting platform performance, scalability, and stability - Experience with Azure-based SaaS platforms - Solid analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills - Experience working in large-scale production environments

Good-to-Have Skills

- Icertis Technical Consultant Certification - Familiarity with SAP landscapes and enterprise middleware platforms - Experience with enterprise integration patterns - Exposure to monitoring, logging, and performance tuning tools - Experience supporting global or multi-region CLM deployments - Knowledge of Agile / DevOps delivery practices
