Role Description The HVAC Project Manager Engineer will manage the complete project lifecycle, including planning, design coordination, execution, and handover of HVAC and related systems. This full-time, in office role in Chennai involves preparing technical proposals, reviewing HVAC designs, supervising installation and commissioning, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. The role includes coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams, monitoring quality and safety standards, and resolving technical issues at site.





The HVAC Project Manager Engineer will also oversee maintenance activities post-installation, maintain project documentation, and support continuous improvement of engineering processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in HVAC Engineering and HVAC Design for system planning, sizing, and performance optimization.
- Candidates should possess skills in HVAC and Maintenance & Repair for installation supervision, troubleshooting, and lifecycle support.
- Candidates should possess skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) for preparing and reviewing drawings, layouts, and technical documentation.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Experience managing HVAC projects, including site coordination, vendor management, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of applicable codes, standards, and best practices in HVAC and fire safety; exposure to industrial or commercial projects is an advantage.
