Role Description The HVAC Project Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role is responsible for designing and reviewing HVAC systems for commercial, industrial, and specialized spaces, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and energy efficiency requirements. Daily activities include preparing and updating technical drawings and calculations, coordinating with design and project teams, overseeing installation and commissioning, and supporting maintenance and troubleshooting efforts.

The HVAC Project Engineer will interact with clients, vendors, and contractors to clarify requirements, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely, cost-effective project delivery.



The role also involves documentation, reporting on project progress, and contributing to continuous improvement of HVAC engineering practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in HVAC Engineering and general HVAC systems, including system sizing, equipment selection, and performance analysis.
- Candidates should possess skills in HVAC Design and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) for creating, reviewing, and modifying technical drawings and layouts.
- Candidates should possess skills in Maintenance & Repair of HVAC equipment, with the ability to diagnose issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline; advanced certifications in HVAC or building services are an advantage.
- Experience working on commercial or industrial HVAC projects, preferably within turnkey or EPC environments.
- Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and best practices related to HVAC, safety, and energy efficiency.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders on-site.
