This full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar involves partnering with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and supporting managers with workforce planning and organizational development. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, handling employee relations, and maintaining accurate HR documentation and records.
The Human Resources
Manager will also lead initiatives related to training and development, compensation and benefits administration,
and workplace culture, while serving as a trusted point of contact for HR-related queries.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in core HR domains, including recruitment and selection, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Experience developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, with solid knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in HR operations such as payroll coordination, advantages administration, HR documentation, and HRIS or other HR software tools.
- Skilled in communication, conflict resolution, coaching, and stakeholder management, with the ability to build trust across teams.
- Ability to design and support training, professional development, and organizational development initiatives.
- Proven experience in a Human Resources leadership or managerial role, ideally within media, entertainment, or marketing-related industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; advanced HR certifications are an advantage.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
