Role Description The Human Resources Recruiter at Inexgress is a full-time, on-site role based in Kalol Taluka. In this position, the recruiter manages the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating follow-up interviews with hiring managers. The role involves posting job openings, maintaining accurate candidate records, and ensuring a smooth, professional experience for applicants.

The recruiter partners with leadership to understand staffing needs, supports workforce planning, and helps refine job requirements and descriptions.



Daily responsibilities also include maintaining compliance with company policies, preparing offer letters, onboarding new hires, and contributing to employer branding and talent pipeline development.

Qualifications

- Solid talent acquisition skills, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Experience coordinating recruitment activities such as job postings, scheduling interviews, and managing applicant tracking systems.
- Knowledge of HR practices, basic employment regulations, and ethical recruiting standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple open roles.
- Proficiency with common office software and HR or recruiting tools; familiarity with SaaS or tech environments is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Kalol Taluka, maintain confidentiality, and uphold inclusive, non-discriminatory hiring practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
