Role Description The Human Resources Intern role at Market Disc is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune. The intern will support daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment activities, coordinating interviews, and helping with onboarding documentation.



They will assist in communicating HR policies, support employee benefits administration, and help organize employee engagement initiatives and training logistics.

The role also involves preparing HR-related reports, ensuring data accuracy in HR systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on HR projects. The intern will work closely with HR leadership to learn best practices and gain exposure to a fast-paced, data-driven B2B environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Recruitment, and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools and the ability to work with HR databases or spreadsheets.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
