HR Executive – SIVAARA (Health & Wellness Brand)
Location: West Delhi, New Delhi - On-site
Experience: 3–5 years (preferably in telesales / call center / D2C / BPO setup)

About SIVAARA
SIVAARA is a fast-growing health & wellness company building a strong presence in South India through performance-driven telesales and COD operations.
We run a high-intensity, metric-focused operation:
- Large volume of incoming leads every day
- Multi-language telesales team (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, etc.)
- Strong focus on discipline, accountability, performance, and culture
- Structured processes for sales, logistics, inventory, HR, and compliance
We already have clear SOPs and systems for most departments. Now we want a dedicated HR Executive who can own the people side of SIVAARA and build a strong HR function end-to-end.
Role Overview – What You’ll Own
You will be the only full-time HR Executive fully dedicated to SIVAARA operations.
Your job is to make sure:
- The right people join us
- The right culture is maintained
- The right systems are followed daily
You’ll work closely with the Founder and handle HR across Sales, Logistics, Inventory, MIS, QA, and Support teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Hiring & Manpower Planning
- Own end-to-end recruitment for:
- Telesales agents (multiple languages)
- Team Leaders / Managers
- NDR / Verification / Retention teams
- Logistics, Inventory, MIS, and Support roles
- Build and manage a steady hiring pipeline so that:
- We never run short of agents
- Replacements are planned in advance
- Coordinate with local consultants, job portals, walk-ins, and referrals.
- Create clear JD templates, screening criteria, and selection processes for each role.
- Onboarding, Training & Confirmations
- Design and run a structured onboarding process:
- Documentation, background checks (where required)
- Explaining SIVAARA’s processes, culture, and expectations
- Coordinate with Training / Operations to:
- Track agents through training, test call period, and probation
- Maintain clear records of:
- Joining dates, training status, confirmation status, and exits
- Attendance, Discipline & HR Operations
- Own daily attendance, late-coming, and absenteeism tracking
- Ensure all policies are actually followed:
- Shift timings
- Breaks
- Phone submission / data security norms
- Leave policies
- Prepare and share discipline reports with Operations & Management.
- Co-ordinate with accounts/finance for monthly payroll inputs:
- Present days, LOP, incentives data (from MIS/Operations)
- Performance, Incentives & HR Analytics
- Work with MIS / Operations to:
- Understand key performance metrics (DR, AOV, sales, productivity, etc.)
- Map them to incentive policies already designed
- Ensure incentive policies are communicated clearly to all teams.
- Help management identify:
- Top performers for growth and promotions
- Consistently low performers for PIP or exits
- Share monthly HR dashboards: headcount, hiring vs attrition, probation status, PIP list, etc.
- Policy, Compliance & Documentation
- Implement and maintain:
- Appointment letters, NDAs, HR policies, warning letters, exit formats, etc.
- Handle:
- Confirmations, warnings, suspension letters, exits and full & final coordination
- Ensure:
- Basic compliance with labour laws, working hours, and internal policies
- Assist management in implementing:
- POSH policy
- Grievance redressal mechanisms
- Culture, Conduct & Conflict Management
- Maintain a high-performance, respectful, and no-politics environment.
- Act as a neutral point of contact for:
- Employee grievances
- Escalations within teams
- Identify negative behavior patterns early (toxicity, repeated policy breaks, attitude issues) and work with Operations to address them.
- Support in recognition programs:
- “Agent of the month”
- Consistency awards
- Referral incentives
You’ll Fit Well If You:
- Have minimum 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably with:
- Call centers / BPOs / telesales processes
- D2C / COD-based businesses (bonus)
- Are comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment.
- Are strong in:
- Recruitment (frontline + mid-level)
- Attendance & discipline management
- Policies, letters, and documentation
- Can speak Tamil/Hindi or English fluently (other South Indian languages are a plus).
- Are assertive, fair, and consistent
- You’re friendly but firm
- You can say “no” when needed
- Are comfortable working closely with the Founder and taking ownership instead of waiting for instructions.
Good To Have
- Experience using KEKA
- Worked earlier with telesales / collections / EdTech / fintech / health / BPO teams
- Basic understanding of:
- Incentive structures
- Performance-linked HR
- Shift and roster management
