Role Description The Human Resources Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi. The role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, attendance and leave administration, and maintaining accurate HR records.

The Human Resources

Executive will support employee relations by addressing queries, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Responsibilities include implementing and updating HR policies, assisting with performance management processes, and coordinating training and development activities.



The role also requires collaboration with management on workforce planning, compliance with labor laws, and supporting HR reporting and audits.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience overseeing core HR functions.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations, including employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, and process compliance.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, with the ability to handle grievances, support conflict resolution, and foster engagement.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Policies, including drafting, implementing, and communicating policies in line with legal and organizational standards.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance, along with solid organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS or HR management software, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in a similar HR role within corporate or services sectors will be an advantage.
