Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Specialist role based in Ludhiana.
The Human Resources
Specialist will manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment processes, and coordinating onboarding and orientation programs. The role includes administering employee perks, assisting with payroll-related documentation, and responding to employee queries in a timely and professional manner. The specialist will help develop, implement, and update HR policies, ensure compliance with labor laws, and support performance management and employee engagement initiatives. The position also involves collaborating with management to address personnel issues,
supporting training and development activities, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with the organization’s mission in mental health care.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) principles and HR Management, with experience in day-to-day HR operations.
- Ability to develop, implement, and maintain HR Policies that comply with local labor regulations and organizational standards.
- Experience handling Employee Benefits, including enrollment, communication, and coordination with service providers.
- Proficiency in Personnel Management, including record-keeping, performance support, and employee relations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations applicable in India, especially relevant to Ludhiana/Punjab.
- Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust.
- Proficient in HRIS or HR software, MS Office tools, and basic data reporting; prior experience in healthcare or mental health services is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple tasks, and support a diverse workforce in a fast-paced environment.
