Role Description The Human Resources Business Partner is a full-time, on-site role based in Vikhroli West, Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

1.This role serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational objectives and supporting workforce planning.





- Day-to-day responsibilities include advising on HR policies, managing employee relations, supporting performance management processes, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws.
- The HR Business Partner will collaborate with managers on talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
- The role also involves coordinating HR operations such as onboarding, policy communication, and supporting change management across the organization.

Qualification

- MBA in HR from a Reputed Institute, Batch of 2021 - 2023 passout only.
- Strong communication, negotiations, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships with leaders and team members.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience using HR data and metrics to inform decisions.
- Prior experience as an HR business partner in a manufacturing, industrial, or global organization is preferred.
