EaseMyTrip is looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team at our Gurugram office.

Location: Sector 32, Gurugram

Position: HR Intern – Talent Acquisition

Stipend: ₹15,000 per month

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Joining: Immediate Joiners Only

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities
- Source candidates through Naukri/Resdex and other job portals
- Work on different job profiles as per hiring requirements
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview and joining status
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases




- Assist the HR team with documentation and onboarding activities

Requirements:

- Graduate or pursuing graduation in HR/Management or a related field
- Basic understanding of recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Knowledge of Naukri/Resdex and other job portals will be an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid coordination and follow-up skills
- Willingness to learn and build a career in HR
