Role Description The Human Resources Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore, India. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new team members.

The Human Resources

Executive will oversee HR operations such as maintaining employee records, administering benefits, supporting payroll inputs, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor regulations. Daily responsibilities include coordinating performance review cycles, supporting learning and development initiatives, handling employee relations and grievance resolutions, and organizing employee engagement activities. The role also requires collaborating with leadership to align HR practices with organizational goals and contributing to a positive, inclusive,



and high-performance work culture.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust recruitment and talent acquisition skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Candidates should possess HR operations and administration skills, including employee data management, documentation, and benefits coordination.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance practices relevant to Indian employment regulations.
- Candidates should possess employee relations and communication skills, including conflict resolution, active listening, and stakeholder management.
- Candidates should possess skills in performance management and learning & development, such as supporting appraisal cycles, feedback processes, and training coordination.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Prior experience in an HR role, preferably in a technology, manufacturing, or robotics environment, is beneficial.
- Proficiency in standard HR software tools, MS Office, and basic data analysis for HR metrics is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and regional languages used in Coimbatore, along with a commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory HR practices, is highly valued.
