Role Summary The HR Manager will partner with business teams to drive Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, HR Business Partnering, and HR Analytics initiatives. The role requires a proactive HR skilled with strong stakeholder management skills, a passion for creating engaging employee experiences, and the ability to leverage data and Excel-based insights for effective decision-making.

KRA

1. Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end hiring for assigned functions, ensuring timely closure of open positions.
- Build talent pipelines through referrals, job portals, consultants, and social media.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and drive quality hiring decisions.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

2. Employee Engagement

- Plan and execute virtual and on-ground employee engagement initiatives across locations.
- Drive employee connect programs, wellness initiatives, and culture-building activities.
- Partner with business teams to improve participation and employee experience.
- Support internal communications and employer branding initiatives.

3. HR Business Partnering

- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, employee retention, and people initiatives.




- Support onboarding, confirmations, and overall employee lifecycle management.
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations, policy queries, and grievance resolution.
- Drive implementation of HR processes and organizational initiatives across the assigned population.

4. HR Analytics & MIS

- Prepare and maintain dashboards for hiring, headcount, attrition, and engagement metrics.
- Generate periodic HR reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Utilize advanced Excel tools such as Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and dashboards for analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in HR, with significant exposure to Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement.
- Experience in BFSI, NBFC, Fintech, or sales-driven organizations will be preferred.
