We’re Hiring: HubSpot Senior Developer

Experience: 4+ Years

We are looking for an experienced HubSpot Senior Developer to lead technical solution design, custom development, integrations, and enterprise-scale CRM implementations across the HubSpot ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end solution architecture and technical design across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, Content Hub, and Operations/Data capabilities.
- Build custom HubSpot modules, themes, templates, landing pages, and CMS components using HubL, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Design and implement integrations with ERP, finance, e-commerce, and other third-party systems using REST APIs, OAuth, private apps, and webhooks.
- Develop custom-coded workflows, serverless functions using Node.js, lead-routing logic, scoring models, and advanced automation.
- Manage complex CRM data migration, cleansing, deduplication, and data architecture involving custom objects, associations, pipelines, and properties.
- Conduct technical discovery sessions and translate business requirements into scalable HubSpot solutions.
- Troubleshoot API limits, integration failures, data-sync issues, and complex CRM configuration challenges.
- Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and support testing, deployment, and technical delivery.

Must-Have Skills




- 4+ years of CRM development experience with strong hands-on HubSpot development and administration experience.
- Strong expertise in HubL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Node.js, REST APIs, OAuth, Webhooks, and Git.
- Deep understanding of HubSpot custom objects, associations, workflows, programmable automation, sandboxes, private apps, and security/governance.
- Robust experience with HubSpot CMS development, custom modules, themes, and templates.
- Proven experience designing and troubleshooting complex integrations and data synchronisation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and solution-design capabilities.
- Experience mentoring developers and handling technical delivery responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant HubSpot certifications, including CMS for Developers, Data Integrations, Platform Consulting, or similar.
- Exposure to integration platforms such as Workato, Make, Zapier, or MuleSoft.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional development, business analysis, and delivery teams.
