Looking for an experienced Human Resources professional to join our leather manufacturing unit in Noida.

Key Requirements

- Experience: 8–10 years in HR, preferably in garment, leather, or manufacturing industries - Industry Preference: Hands-on experience in a leather manufacturing unit will be strongly preferred - Location: Noida – local candidates or candidates willing to relocate

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end recruitment and manpower planning for factory operations - Statutory compliance including PF, ESI,



Factories Act and labour laws - Payroll coordination and attendance management - Employee relations and grievance handling - Liaising with government authorities and labour departments - HR policy formulation and implementation - Training and development initiatives - Contract labour management and shop-floor workforce management

Ideal Candidate

- Robust knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven experience managing HR functions in a manufacturing/factory environment - High integrity, discipline and a strong problem-solving mindset - Comfortable working closely with shop-floor employees and management
