Job Title: HR Executive / HR Manager We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR professional to manage complete HR and administrative operations of our manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and hiring of factory staff and office employees. Managing employee attendance, leave, salary inputs and records. Handling joining, documentation, employee files and exit formalities.

Maintaining discipline and resolving employee issues. Monitoring manpower requirements and staff turnover. Coordinating with department heads for workforce planning. Ensuring company policies and HR rules are followed.

Handling employee grievances and maintaining a positive work environment. Managing statutory compliance and labour-related documentation. Supporting administration and overall workforce management.

Requirements: Experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing/FMCG company. Valuable communication and leadership skills. Knowledge of recruitment, labour laws, attendance and payroll processes. Ability to manage a large workforce efficiently.
