Shadowfax is hiring an HR Executive for our Nagpur DC

? Location: Nagpur

? Experience: 1+ Year in HR / HR Operations

? Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 NTH per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Frontline/warehouse manpower management

• Recruitment, onboarding & employee documentation

• Attendance & payroll coordination

• Employee engagement & grievance handling

• Daily coordination with Operations & employees

• HR compliance, discipline & day-to-day HR operations

What we’re looking for:

✅ 1+ year of relevant HR experience

✅ Preferably from Logistics / E-commerce / Warehouse / Operations

✅ Good communication & people-handling skills

✅ Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

✅ Comfortable working in a rapid-paced operational environment
