About The Role The position of Intern – AI & HR Process Transformation offers an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or final-year students to gain hands-on experience in the rapidly evolving field of HR technology and AI-driven process transformation. The intern will support the company's initiatives to integrate advanced AI solutions into HR functions, including recruitment, employee experience, payroll, learning, benefits, and attendance management. This role requires a blend of technical understanding and business process acumen to identify automation opportunities and develop innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze existing HR workflows, identify pain points, and evaluate suitable technological approaches such as RPA, AI agents, Generative AI, chatbots, and machine learning models. The intern will be involved in developing proofs of concept, supporting pilot projects, and documenting best practices and learnings to facilitate enterprise-wide adoption. This role is not purely technical; it emphasizes understanding business needs and translating them into effective technology solutions that improve efficiency and employee experience.





Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a strong educational background in fields such as Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electronics, or related disciplines. Final-year students or recent graduates with demonstrated hands-on projects in AI, automation, or machine learning are highly preferred. The candidate should have a basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, experience with programming languages like Python, and familiarity with system integrations, APIs, and database management.

Exposure to RPA tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere, along with knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM workflows, will be advantageous. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities The intern will be responsible for a range of activities including:

- Understanding and analyzing HR processes across various domains such as HR operations, recruitment, employee experience, payroll, learning, benefits, and attendance.
- Mapping process flows, dependencies, data points, decision criteria, and manual interventions within HR workflows.
- Identifying opportunities to simplify, digitize, automate, or introduce intelligent automation into HR processes.
- Evaluating and recommending appropriate technological approaches—such as RPA, AI agents, Generative AI, chatbots, ML models, APIs, or traditional workflows.




- Developing AI agents, bots, and automation solutions, including proof of concepts (PoCs) to validate feasibility and effectiveness.
- Working with LLMs, APIs, automation platforms, and AI/ML technologies to build and test solutions.
- Supporting data analysis, AI model development, and validation of outputs where applicable.
- Challenging existing processes and designing improved future-state workflows.
- Testing solutions, identifying edge cases, and supporting pilot implementations to assess real-world impact.
- Documenting use cases, solution strategies, learnings, and recommendations for broader deployment.
