As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in our Talent Acquisition department. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract skilled professionals. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements, and then source, screen, and interview potential candidates.

Additionally, you will be responsible for creating a positive candidate experience, ensuring a smooth and effective onboarding process, and providing ongoing support to our employees.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
