Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Hotel Revenue Manager. The role involves analyzing daily pickup, occupancy, and market demand to optimize room rates and inventory across all distribution channels.

The Hotel Revenue

Manager will develop and implement revenue strategies, manage rate plans, oversee channel performance, and coordinate with sales, front office, and reservations teams to ensure alignment with pricing and availability decisions. The role includes preparing regular revenue forecasts and performance reports, monitoring competitor pricing, and adjusting strategies to maximize RevPAR and profitability.

Manager will also support budgeting and planning processes,



maintain revenue-related systems, and ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support evidence-based revenue decisions.
- Candidates should possess Revenue Management and Revenue Recognition skills to optimize pricing, inventory, and reporting across channels.
- Candidates should possess Finance and Accounting skills to understand financial statements, budgeting, and profitability drivers in a hotel environment.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with hotel property management systems, channel managers, and revenue management tools, along with advanced Excel skills.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with sales, operations, and management teams.
- Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, finance, business, or a related field; prior hotel revenue or pricing experience is highly preferred.
- Candidates should possess solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
