Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage.
- Supervise, guide, and train staff to provide good service to guests and follow company standards.
- Ensure a secure, clean, and secure environment for guests and employees while following health and safety rules.
- Make sure hotel policies, SOPs, and daily procedures are followed properly to keep operations smooth and efficient.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations and a good guest experience.
- Work on plans to improve hotel revenue and profitability through proper pricing, promotions, and marketing.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on staff attendance, hotel performance, and other important updates,



along with suggestions for improvement.
