Role Description This is a full-time, on-site hotel management operations role based in Anand. The role involves overseeing daily hotel operations, including front desk activities, housekeeping coordination, and food & beverage service to ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience. The individual will monitor occupancy, manage room allocation, and support sales activities to drive revenue and optimize performance.

Responsibilities include handling guest inquiries and resolving issues, supervising staff schedules, and maintaining operational standards and compliance with company policies.



The role also requires tracking expenses, supporting budgeting processes, and collaborating with ownership and leadership to implement service improvements and operational efficiencies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to manage guest interactions, address concerns, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Candidates should possess Budgeting skills to support cost control, expense tracking, and financial planning for hotel operations.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to help drive room bookings, promote hotel services, and support revenue growth initiatives.
- Candidates should possess Food & Beverage skills to oversee dining operations, coordinate service quality, and support menu or outlet performance.
- Candidates should possess Receptionist Duties skills to manage check-in/check-out processes, reservations, and front desk communication.
- Relevant skills such as staff supervision, time management, and problem-solving are beneficial.
- Experience in hotel or hospitality operations and familiarity with property management systems is preferred.
- A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required by hotel operations.
