About the RoleWe are looking for a high-potential Hospitality Advisory Associate to join our team in Visakhapatnam.

This is a 100% on-site role and is not hybrid or work-from-home.

We strongly prefer candidates who are currently based in Visakhapatnam.

This is not a conventional hotel-operations or back-office role. You will get direct exposure to live hotel projects, market research, hotel development, brand evaluations, operator discussions, financial analysis and strategic decision-making.

You will work closely with the leadership team and contribute to projects involving hotel owners, developers, hotel brands, operators and other hospitality stakeholders.

What You Will DoYour responsibilities will include:

- Assist in conducting hotel market research, benchmarking and demand analysis
- Assist in researching cities, competitors, demand generators and hotel markets
- Assist in supporting hotel owners and developers with project positioning and strategic recommendations
- Assist with financial reviews and commercial analysis
- Build professional Excel analyses and PowerPoint presentations
- Assist in prepare reports, research notes and client presentations
- Assist in analysing large amounts of information and turn it into clear business insights
- Research companies, infrastructure, tourism, transport, corporate activity and other hotel demand generators
- Coordinate with stakeholders across multiple hotel projects
- Draft professional emails and client communications
- Support the leadership team across various advisory assignments

Candidates from either of the following backgrounds are welcome:

- Hotel Management / Hospitality
- Finance / Commerce
- Economics
- Other relevant disciplines

Experience0–2 years of experience is acceptable. Fresh graduates with the right aptitude are welcome.





Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in areas such as hotel operations, sales, reservations, revenue management, finance, business analysis, consulting, research or other relevant corporate roles may also apply.

Skills That Matter Most1. Technology & AIYou should be technologically savvy and comfortable learning new tools.

You do not need to be a programmer, but you should be comfortable with modern digital tools and quick to learn new ones.

- ExcelGood working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is important.

You should be comfortable with:
- Tables
- Sorting and filtering
- Basic formulas
- Data organisation
- Formatting
- Basic analysis

Advanced Excel skills are an advantage.
- PowerPointYou should be able to create clean, professional and visually robust PowerPoint presentations.

You must be able to take raw information and turn it into a clear business presentation.

Canva or other presentation-tool experience is an advantage.

- Professional Written CommunicationExcellent written English is essential.

You should be able to write:
- Professional emails
- Client communication

- Research summaries

- Presentation content

We are looking for someone whose written communication requires minimal editing.

- Who will stay there?

- What does the data actually tell us?

You should be comfortable going beyond the first search result and finding information independently.
