- 5–7 years of software / solution engineering experience - Hands-on experience building AI-enabled applications - Microsoft Power Automate – Mandatory - Experience integrating AI services, APIs and enterprise platforms - Azure / Microsoft 365 ecosystem - Prompt Engineering - Understanding of RAG concepts - AI solution evaluation, orchestration and monitoring - Solid software engineering fundamentals - Experience working with distributed/global teams - Excellent English communication skills – Mandatory

Strongly Preferred

- Microsoft Copilot Studio - Conversational AI / AI Agents - Chatbots / Copilots - AI-assisted business workflows - Microservices and API-based AI integrations - Azure AI services - Production deployment of AI solutions

Key Responsibilities

- Build and deliver end-to-end AI features such as chatbots,



copilots and AI-assisted workflows - Integrate AI models and services through APIs and microservices - Develop AI-powered business processes using Power Automate - Build conversational AI solutions using Copilot Studio - Apply prompt engineering, orchestration and evaluation techniques - Collaborate with Product, UX, Engineering and Business teams - Ensure secure, reliable and responsible AI solutions in production - Work with global teams across India and Germany
