About the RoleWe are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Worker to join a warehouse and distribution team in Australia.
The successful candidate will support day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving goods, picking and packing orders, stock handling, and maintaining an organised and protected work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, check, and store incoming goods
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately
- Load and unload goods using appropriate procedures
- Assist with stock counting and inventory control
- Label, sort, and organise warehouse products
- Prepare goods for dispatch
- Maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and protected
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Requirements
- Previous warehouse, logistics, distribution, or similar experience is preferred
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow workplace procedures and safety requirements
- Reliable and punctual approach to work
- Ability to perform the physical duties associated with warehouse work
- Forklift or other relevant equipment certification where required for the position
