1. Technical Skills:

- Design HVAC systems including heating, cooling, ventilation, ducting, and air distribution layouts for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Perform HVAC load calculations, airflow analysis, and equipment sizing using industry-standard software.
- Prepare detailed HVAC drawings, schematics, and layouts using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
- Select appropriate HVAC equipment ensuring performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with applicable HVAC codes, standards, and guidelines such as ASHRAE, SMACNA, and local building regulations.

2. Core Competencies:

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams for seamless HVAC system integration.
- Prepare project plans, BOQs, technical specifications,



and cost estimates for HVAC works.
- Conduct site visits to supervise HVAC installations and resolve design-related issues during execution.
- Ensure proper testing, commissioning, balancing, and handover of HVAC systems.
- Incorporate energy-productive and sustainable HVAC solutions aligned with environmental standards.
- Prepare and review technical reports, feasibility studies, and risk assessments.
- Stay updated with emerging HVAC technologies, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
