Overview

We are looking for a highly qualified healthcare professional with both MBBS and MBA degrees to manage and support clinical as well as administrative/healthcare management responsibilities.

The ideal candidate should have a strong clinical background along with business and healthcare administration knowledge. The candidate will be responsible for supporting clinical activities, patient care, and technology-enabled healthcare programs while also contributing to healthcare operations, administration, process management, team coordination, and business-related activities.

The candidate should have knowledge or experience in Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), Behavioral Health Integration (BHI), Telehealth, and Virtual Care. The role requires someone who can effectively bridge the gap between clinical care and healthcare administration.

Clinical Responsibilities

- Assess and review patient health information and clinical requirements.
- Support clinical care plans and patient management activities.
- Review patient health data, vital signs, and relevant clinical information.
- Monitor patient progress and identify issues requiring clinical attention.
- Coordinate with physicians, nurses, care coordinators, and other healthcare professionals.
- Support patient education and chronic disease management.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in EMR/EHR systems.
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and healthcare regulations.

RPM, CCM & BHI Responsibilities
- Support and oversee Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) programs.
- Review remotely collected patient data and identify abnormal trends.




- Support Chronic Care Management (CCM) activities and patient follow-ups.
- Assist in managing patients with chronic conditions and monitoring their progress.
- Support Behavioral Health Integration (BHI) initiatives and care coordination.
- Coordinate between clinical and behavioral health teams when required.
- Support patient engagement, preventive care, and care-gap management.
- Ensure appropriate documentation of RPM, CCM, and BHI activities.

Administrative & Healthcare Management Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day healthcare administration and operational activities.
- Coordinate with clinical, operations, HR, and other internal teams as required.
- Support development and implementation of healthcare processes and workflows.
- Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports, analyze healthcare/operational data, and provide recommendations.
- Support team coordination, process management, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Assist management with healthcare-related projects and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure operational activities are aligned with organizational policies and healthcare regulations.
- Support training, process implementation, and performance monitoring of healthcare teams.




- Act as a bridge between clinical teams and administrative/management teams.

Required Qualifications
- MBBS – Mandatory
- MBA – Mandatory
- MBA in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Valid medical license/registration, where applicable.
- Robust clinical knowledge and understanding of patient care.
- Understanding or experience in RPM, CCM, and BHI.
- Knowledge of healthcare administration and operations.
- Experience with EMR/EHR systems and healthcare technology platforms.
- Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage both clinical and administrative responsibilities effectively.
- Strong stakeholder and team-management skills.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in Healthcare, HealthTech, Hospital Administration, Healthcare Operations, Telehealth, RPM, CCM, BHI, or Care Management.
- Experience managing both clinical and administrative/operational functions.
- Experience working with US healthcare processes will be an added advantage.
- Experience in healthcare technology platforms and remote care models is preferred.

Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is someone who can wear both a clinical and management hat—using their MBBS qualification to understand and support clinical and patient-care requirements, while using their MBA qualification to manage healthcare administration, operations, processes, teams, and business requirements. MBBS + MBA is mandatory for this position.
