ES:• Accurate & errorless health claim adjudicat ion• Review medical records, bills, investigation reports & discharge summar ies• Assess diagnosis, treatment, hospitalization and medical documentat ion• Identify discrepancies, inconsistencies and potential risk/fraud indicat ors• Follow insurance company SOPs, guidelines and quality paramet ers• Achieve daily productivity and quality targets assigned by the cli ent• Maintain defined TAT and high accuracy standa rds
