We are looking for a senior Projects professional to lead the end-to-end delivery of commercial office and workplace projects in Mangaluru.

This role will be responsible for taking projects from site evaluation and feasibility through design coordination, construction, interior fit-out, commissioning and final handover.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end commercial office and workplace projects from site assessment to handover.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, MEP teams, contractors and internal stakeholders.
- Review and coordinate workplace designs, technical drawings, BOQs, material specifications and project requirements.
- Manage commercial interior fit-out and construction activities while ensuring quality, timelines and project requirements are met.
- Evaluate site conditions and coordinate base-build, civil, structural and MEP requirements.
- Manage project budgets, CAPEX, estimates, quotations, variations and cost control.
- Manage contractors, vendors, consultants and project partners, including negotiations and performance monitoring.
- Conduct site reviews and ensure quality, safety, statutory and compliance requirements are followed.
- Identify project risks and resolve design and execution-related issues.
- Establish project processes, documentation and reporting standards.
- Ensure complete project documentation, asset records, warranties and handover documents.




- Work closely with leadership and other business teams to deliver projects as per business and operational requirements.
- Lead and build project teams and establish effective project execution processes.

What We Are Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in commercial office fit-outs, workplace projects and construction.
- Significant experience in office/workspace interiors and fit-out projects.
- Valuable understanding of workplace design, commercial interiors and design coordination.
- Experience working with architects, designers, consultants, MEP teams and contractors.
- Good understanding of civil construction, base-build, structural elements, site evaluation and MEP.
- Experience in project planning, budgeting, contracts, procurement, BOQ and cost management.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and external project partners.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable representing the Projects function with senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in coworking, managed offices, commercial real estate, PMC, construction or workplace projects will be an advantage.
- Experience with reputed PMC, commercial interior, workplace or real estate organisations will be preferred.
- Proficiency in English is required. Kannada/Tulu will be an advantage.
