Ltd. is looking for an ambitious and experienced Sales Head to lead the company's sales growth. /n This is a leadership opportunity for a sales professional who understands the Aluminium Windows & Doors / Fenestration / Glass / Plywood industry and has the ability to convert market opportunities into sustainable business growth. /n /n What You’ll Be Responsible For /n /n

- Lead sales team for sales and business development.

/n

- Generate and convert leads through appointments, Client / Architect meetings and market visits.

/n

- Develop relationships with architects, builders, contractors, dealers and end customers.

/n

- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

/n

- Set and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

/n

- Lead, mentor and monitor the sales team.

/n

- Identify new market opportunities and expand the company's customer network.

/n

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

/n





- Prepare and review sales performance reports with management.

- Relevant experience in the Aluminium Windows & Doors / Fenestration / Glass / Plywood industry

/n

- Proven experience in sales, business development, or sales leadership.

/n

- Strong understanding of the local area also.

/n

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-management skills.

/n

- Robust leadership and target-oriented approach.

/n

- Ability to build relationships and generate business through appointments and field sales.

/n

- Existing industry connections will be an added advantage.
