Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and alignment with business goals. Based in the Bangalore Urban district in a hybrid model, the role combines on-site presence with some work-from-home flexibility.

Key responsibilities include monitoring workflows, optimizing processes, coordinating across teams, and managing resources to meet project timelines and service standards.

The Operations

Manager will track operational metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices in collaboration with leadership. This role also involves managing vendor relationships, supporting budget planning, enforcing policies,



and ensuring clear communication among stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in operations management, including process improvement and workflow optimization.
- Strong skills in planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and operational targets.
- Proficiency in using productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, project management software, communication platforms).
- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and use metrics for decision-making and performance tracking.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with attention to detail and quality.
- Comfort with technology-focused environments and interest in current technology topics and solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate degree or certification in operations or project management is an advantage.
- Prior experience in a similar operations or project coordination role, ideally within a technology or services organization.
