Salt Oral Care is looking for a 360° Marketing Head who can build the brand AND drive the business.

We are looking for someone who can move seamlessly between brand strategy, creative, digital, offline sales, retail, distribution and growth — someone who doesn't just create marketing plans but takes ownership of the numbers and execution.

? What You Will OwnBrand & Marketing

- Own Salt's overall marketing strategy, positioning and brand roadmap.
- Build a strong, differentiated consumer brand.
- Drive consumer insights, market research and competitive strategy.
- Plan and execute 360° campaigns across ATL, BTL, Digital, Social, Influencers and Activations.

Creative & Design

- Own the brand's creative direction and visual identity.
- Lead the design/creative team and external agencies.
- Drive campaign concepts, communication, packaging, POSM, content and brand guidelines.
- Ensure consistency across every consumer touchpoint.

Offline Sales & Distribution

- Work closely with Sales to drive offline revenue and market expansion.
- Develop and execute General Trade, Modern Trade and retail marketing initiatives.
- Drive distributor/dealer/channel activations and in-store visibility.
- Develop trade marketing strategies that translate into actual sales.
- Partner with the sales team on targets, launches, promotions and market expansion.

Digital, D2C & E-commerce

- Own D2C, e-commerce and digital marketing strategy.
- Drive performance marketing, acquisition and conversion.
- Track CAC, ROAS, AOV, LTV, retention and revenue.
- Build growth across marketplaces and quick commerce.
- Develop CRM, retention and repeat-purchase initiatives.

Product & GTM





- Lead current product launches from consumer insight → positioning → creative → GTM → sales activation.
- Identify new category and consumer opportunities.
- Work closely with Product, Sales and E-commerce teams.

Team & Business Leadership

- Build and lead a high-performing Marketing & Creative team.
- Manage agencies, partners and marketing budgets.
- Own marketing KPIs and ROI.
- Connect marketing activity directly to revenue, distribution and business growth.
- Work closely with the Founders and leadership team.
