And now we’re looking for a Head of Content.

Your job, in a nutshell: make Alefiya (our founder) impossible to ignore online.

That means YouTube. LinkedIn. Instagram. Podcasts. Speaking opportunities. Partnerships. And everything in between. This role sits across three big areas: strategy, positioning, and execution.

You’ll need to understand what we should be saying, who we should be saying it to, how we should position it, where it should show up, and then be able to turn that thinking into genuinely positive content.

Writing is a big part of the role. But so are the thinking and strategy behind the writing.

If you enjoy figuring out what the message should be, how it should be positioned, what will make people care, and how to turn that into great content, keep reading.

You’ll own:

→ Content strategy and positioning

→ The writing and creative execution that brings the strategy to life

→ Two YouTube shows

→ LinkedIn content, including posts and event scripts

→ Instagram content and creative





→ Podcast, speaking and partnership opportunities

→ AI-assisted content workflows (identifying what can be automated and building systems around it)

→ Art direction, distribution and performance

You’ll need:

→ 2–5 years in content strategy, brand writing, creative strategy, or a related field

→ A portfolio of work you wrote

→ At least one account you’ve materially grown, with specific results you can share.

→ Comfort using AI as part of your content workflow and the ability to think about what should be automated, what should stay human, and how to build useful workflows around it

→ Experience with cold outreach, relationship-building, or partnerships that led to a real opportunity or outcome The practical stuff:

→ Full-time, based in India (Mumbai strongly preferred)

→ ₹8–10 LPA + ₹20K bonus for every client signed through content

→ Work directly with the founder
