Role Overview

Abhinav Group is seeking an experienced and results-driven Head – Construction to lead and manage end-to-end construction activities across real estate projects. The role will be responsible for execution excellence, cost control, quality assurance, timely delivery, and adoption of up-to-date construction practices while aligning projects with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction activities from project inception to completion.

- Lead execution planning, construction management, and site operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

- Manage project budgets, cost control, and financial discipline across multiple projects.

- Oversee procurement strategy, vendor management, and contract execution.

- Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, safety norms, and statutory requirements.

- Lead and mentor project teams, engineers, contractors, and site staff to drive high performance.

- Implement best construction practices, processes, and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity.

- Identify, adapt, and implement latest construction technologies and methodologies for optimized execution.





- Align construction activities with organizational goals and business strategy.

- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Design, Finance, CRM, Legal) and external stakeholders including consultants, contractors, and authorities.

Candidate Profile

- Strong expertise in budgeting, cost control, and project financial management.

- Proven experience in construction management, procurement, and large-scale project execution within the real estate sector.

- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

- Hands-on, solution-oriented approach with a focus on quality, timelines, and efficiency.

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or related field (mandatory).

- Master’s degree will be an added advantage.

- 15+ years of relevant experience in construction or infrastructure industries.

- Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role managing large or multiple real estate projects.
