? We’re Hiring | Handbag Merchandiser

We are looking for an experienced Handbag Merchandiser to drive end-to-end product development and merchandising for handbags and fashion accessories.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage product development from concept/design brief to final delivery
- Handle sourcing, costing, sampling and vendor development
- Coordinate with vendors, factories, Design, Production and Quality teams
- Manage sample approvals, production follow-up and on-time delivery
- Ensure product quality, specifications and cost targets are met
- Track trends, materials and market opportunities
- Maintain merchandising trackers, costing sheets and MIS

What We’re Looking For:

- 4–6 years of relevant experience in handbags/accessories merchandising, sourcing or product development




- Strong knowledge of handbag construction, leather/PU/synthetic materials, trims and manufacturing
- Robust vendor management, costing and negotiation skills
- Excellent execution, follow-up and cross-functional coordination skills
- Experience with fashion accessories, leather goods, lifestyle products or international brands is a plus
