Role Description

Drive the growth and launch of current digital fintech products across credit and investments, including Digital LAP, Digital Housing Loans, Digital Gold, and Bonds. Own customer journeys, identify new product opportunities, and ensure seamless partner integrations, internal technology readiness, and timely product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

New Digital Product Development:

Identify, evaluate, and launch new digital fintech products across credit and investments, aligned with customer needs and business opportunities.

Digital Lending Products:

Drive the development and growth of Digital LAP and Digital Housing Loans, including digital acquisition, application journeys, partner integrations, and customer experience.

Investment Products:

Support the launch and growth of Digital Gold, Bonds, and other digital investment products.

Product Growth:

Drive acquisition, onboarding, conversion, and customer journey improvements across existing and new products.

Product & Tech Readiness:

Own internal technology readiness, APIs, integrations, and dependencies required for seamless product launches and partner onboarding.

Partner Integrations:

Work with lenders, TSPs, and investment partners to enable seamless lead handoffs,



data exchange, and operational workflows.

Cross-functional Delivery:

Collaborate with Engineering, Business, Operations, Compliance, and partner teams to deliver products on time.

Performance & Optimization:

Track funnel metrics, identify growth opportunities, and improve conversion, activation, and revenue.

Ideal Candidate

3–5 years of experience in fintech, digital lending, wealth-tech, or consumer internet products.

Experience in new digital product development, product growth, customer journeys, or platform integrations.

Exposure to Digital LAP, Digital Housing Loans, Digital Gold, Bonds, or other financial products is preferred.

Strong understanding of APIs, product flows, analytics, and cross-functional execution.

Ability to work with business and technology teams to launch and scale products.
