About the Role

We are looking for a GST Executive to manage end-to-end GST compliance for a portfolio of clients, working closely with senior consultants and partners on returns, reconciliations, audits,

and advisory support.

Key Responsibilities

 Prepare and file GST monthly and quarterly returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) and annual return (GSTR-9/9C) for multiple clients within statutory timelines

 Reconcile GSTR-2A/2B with purchase registers and follow up on input tax credit mismatches

 Compute monthly/quarterly GST liability and coordinate timely tax payments

 Assist in GST audits, assessments, and departmental notices/replies

 Support e-way bill generation and compliance monitoring

 Maintain working papers, client files, and documentation as per firm standards





 Coordinate with clients to collect data, resolve queries, and ensure timely compliance

 Stay updated on GST law amendments, notifications, and circulars, and flag impact on client compliance

 Assist seniors in GST registration, amendment, and cancellation processes

Requirements

 B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter or equivalent; working knowledge of GST law and procedures

 1–3 years of hands-on GST compliance experience, preferably in a CA firm or similar consulting environment

 Proficiency in Tally, GST portal, Excel, and return-filing utilities/software (e.g., ClearTax,

Winman, or similar)

 Solid attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client deadlines simultaneously

 Good communication skills for client coordination

Good to Have

 Exposure to GST audits/annual returns (GSTR-9/9C)

 Basic understanding of income tax provisions relevant to indirect tax work
