? WE’RE HIRING: GROWTH MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Vizdemy is looking for a creative, analytical, and results-driven Growth Marketing Executive to strengthen our digital presence, generate qualified leads, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute lead-generation campaigns through Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Monitor CPL, conversions, ROAS, and overall campaign performance
- Manage Vizdemy’s Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Business Profile
- Plan and maintain a social media content calendar
- Create engaging posts, reels, ad creatives, captions, and promotional content
- Conduct audience, competitor, keyword, and market research
- Support SEO, website traffic, and landing-page optimization
- Manage lead-generation forms and coordinate with the sales team
- Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, copy, and campaign strategies
- Analyse campaign data and prepare regular performance reports
- Identify new opportunities for organic and paid growth
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and platform changes
Requirements
- Graduate or currently pursuing graduation
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience running Google Ads or Meta Ads
- Prior experience in the EdTech industry will be preferred
- Good understanding of lead generation and campaign optimization
- Familiarity with social media management and content creation
- Basic graphic design and video-editing skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with a data-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Must have a personal laptop suitable for work
- Must have a secure and reliable Wi-Fi connection
