About ElderGo

Somewhere in Bangalore there's a 63-year-old who has quietly decided her travelling days are behind her. They aren't. Your job is to find her.

ElderGo runs all-inclusive group tours for Indian travellers aged 55 and above. Last year, 200 of them went with us across 8 countries — and seven in ten came back for another trip. The product works. The trips sell.

The gap is reaching more of the right people.

The Role

You'll own how ElderGo finds its travellers. That starts with paid — running our campaigns, building the creative, knowing why one ad works and another doesn't. You'll be sharper at this than we are, and you'll have room to run.

But it doesn't end there. There are far more people out there who'd love these trips than we're currently reaching, and finding them is the real work of this role. We have a clear sense of where to look next. We're hiring someone who'll have a better one.

Our sales team is about to grow from 4 people to 12.

Who You Might Be

- You've run consumer campaigns yourself — hands on the account, over months, not a slide deck about them.
- You've marketed something people think about before buying, not something they add to a cart.
- You've started something where there was nothing, and you liked that part.
- You've carried a number that was yours to answer for.
- You're in Bengaluru, or happy to be.

Coming from B2B or SaaS? The instincts tend not to transfer — this is a different craft.

Marketing here isn't a support function. It's the thing that decides how rapid the company grows, and right now nobody owns it. You'd work directly with the founders, on a product people write thank-you letters about, in a category almost nobody in India is serving properly. It's a lot of room for one person.
