Quantiphi is seeking a seasoned Global Telco Growth Leader to lead the growth of our Telecommunications, Media & Entertainment Practice worldwide. This executive will partner with clients to shape their Digital Transformation strategies leveraging Data, Cloud, and AI to drive business growth for Quantiphi. The ideal candidate combines deep telecommunications domain expertise with strong consulting, solutioning, and executive relationship management skills.

They will engage with CIOs, CTOs, Chief Digital Officers, and Network Domain Executives to identify strategic opportunities and act as the bridge between customer business priorities and Quantiphi's technology capabilities, helping customers modernize networks, optimize operations, enhance customer experience, and accelerate digital transformation.

About the Role

Quantiphi is seeking a seasoned Telecom Global Leader to lead and grow our global Telecommunications practice across Tier 1 & Tier 2 Communication Service Providers, Media/Entertainment, and last-mile cable companies. This executive role combines industry leadership, client engagement, domain expertise, and strategic partnership development to drive AI-led transformation at scale.

Responsibilities

- Lead practice strategy, industry offerings, and go-to-market plans aligned with emerging telecom trends; build and manage a healthy global pipeline of strategic transformation opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to shape and close large, multimillion-dollar strategic engagements.
- Build trusted C-suite relationships (CIO, CTO, CDO, CISO, Network Executives) and serve as a strategic advisor on AI, Cloud, Data, OSS/BSS modernization, and Network Transformation.
- Lead executive workshops, technology roadmap discussions, and deliver measurable AI-led transformation outcomes.
- Provide strategic guidance across key telecom domains: Radio Access Networks (4G/5G/Open RAN/Cloud RAN), Mobile Core (5G Core, IMS), Wireline Broadband (FTTH, DOCSIS, GPON),



Optical Transport & IP/MPLS, Edge Computing, Telco Cloud, OSS/BSS Transformation, NOC, Service Assurance, Customer Experience Management, and Network Planning & Optimization.
- Shape and drive opportunities across AIOps, Agentic AI, Intelligent Automation, OSS/BSS Modernization, Predictive Maintenance, Capacity & Demand Forecasting, and Network Planning Optimization.
- Develop business cases demonstrating measurable improvements in operational efficiency, customer experience, and ROI.
- Build and strengthen relationships with hyperscalers (Google Cloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure, NVIDIA) and telecom ecosystem partners (Ericsson, Nokia, Cisco, Juniper, VMware, Red Hat, Dell Technologies).

Qualifications

- Bachelor's in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in the telecom industry across operators, NEPs, consulting firms, or global system integrators.
- Robust understanding of telecom architecture including OSS/BSS, Network Operations, Cloud, and AI-driven transformation.
- Proven success managing CXO-level relationships and shaping multimillion-dollar transformation programs.
- Excellent executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; ability to travel globally.

Required Skills

- Experience with leading CSPs such as Rogers, TELUS, Verizon, AT&T;, Vodafone, BT, Deutsche Telekom, or Orange.
- Knowledge of TM Forum frameworks, Open APIs, ODA, eTOM, and SID.
- Familiarity with Google Cloud, Vertex AI, Gemini, BigQuery, Kubernetes, VMware, and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience building telecom industry strategy leveraging AI, GenAI, Data Engineering, and Intelligent Automation.

Preferred Skills

- Growth of Quantiphi's global Telecommunications practice and expansion of Tier 1 & Tier 2 operator relationships.
- Development of differentiated telecom industry offerings and GTM strategy.
