The team is small, fully remote, and uses the product on every trip to ensure it delivers real value and works reliably for customers.
Role Description This remote Growth & Community Intern (Performance Linked Incentives) role focuses on supporting TrippyBid’s user acquisition, activation, and retention initiatives. Day-to-day tasks may include researching growth opportunities, assisting in experiments to improve conversion, and helping refine messaging across channels. This is an internship position designed to offer hands-on experience in a fast-moving startup environment,
with exposure to both growth strategy and e xecution.

Eligibility
- Current student or recent graduate (any discipline) with robust communication skills.
- Active on social media; comfortable creating short videos/reels and writing clear posts.
- Interest in travel, deals, and community building; prior campus ambassador/growth internship is a plus.
- Must be comfortable speaking about Trippybid publicly and leading users through the booking flow.
